SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are shipped from Canada and are processed Monday to Friday, with exception of holidays. While most orders are processed the same day, depending on order volumes it can take up to 72 hours or longer. All of the shipping prices below are based off of shopping cart subtotals, before taxes and after discount codes are used.
All returned items will never be re-sold. Our commitment to quality means every customer will receive a new set of lashes.
We know you’re going to LOVE our lashes, but just in case we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To receive a return, please contact us (for the words “contact us” create a link to the contact us form page) for further instructions. All lashes must be returned in their original packaging with the original receipt. Refunds will be on the price of the product, excluding shipping fees. You are responsible for all return postage. It can take up to 14 business days from the date of shipment for us to receive your return and process it. We will email you once we process your return. If you have not received a return within 30 days of shipment, please contact us
Similar to refunds, we accept exchanges. To process an exchange, please contact us (include link for contact us). Exchanges will be accepted for up to 30 days after purchase for new and unworn items. All other policies are identical to receiving a refund. You are responsible for all return postage and we strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number as we are not responsible and will not provide an exchange for any packages lost in transit.
